Brad Desmond Registered psychologist
Brad has 30 years’ experience helping individuals and couples with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions, personality issues and family conflict.
Brad has degrees from Melbourne and Monash Universities and applies evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and attachment-based therapies. He also utilises strengths-based coaching and motivational therapies, and mind-body approaches such as mindfulness and clinical hypnosis.
Brad is a frequent presenter at national and international psychology conferences. Prior to establishing Telehealth Psychology Melbourne he managed public sector and private sector mental health programs, and is a published author in the area of leadership and workplace wellbeing.
Stefanie Gill-Renouf

Stef is an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 8 years experience offering evidenced based therapies in private, education and public health settings.
Stef works collaboratively and holistically with her clients. She has a passion for supporting people with various mental health difficulties and a special interest in attachment and perinatal psychology.
Stef utilises a variety of techniques and strategies from her training in a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and a range of Attachment and relationally-based interventions.
Outside of work Stef enjoys spending time with family, camping, reading great books, and good food.
Anastasia Sagris-Desmond

Anastasia has 30 years’ experience as a psychologist and is also an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor. With a master’s degree in counselling psychology, she has provided counselling and support for individuals and couples in both community health and private practice settings.
Anastasia works from a client centred approach with a variety of common presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction and relationship challenges. Anastasia is trained in a wide variety of clinical approaches and tailors therapy to suit her clients.
In addition to the above issues, Anastasia also has a special interest in women’s mental health issues such as perinatal psychology, adjustment to parenting, perimenopause and menopause related mood changes.
