Brad Desmond

Brad Desmond is an award-winning psychologist with additional post-graduate qualifications in education and training. He is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences and is recognised as a master trainer in emotional intelligence and positive psychology.  Brad is a twenty-year member of the Australian Psychological Society and is on the editorial board of the European based PositivePsychology.com where he regularly blogs for an audience of more than one million readers. He is also a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.

His key interests are in the areas of personal and professional development, positive leadership and coaching, resilience and workplace wellbeing.  His numerous character flaws include supporting Collingwood.

Anastasia Sagris-Desmond

Anastasia is a psychologist and professional development trainer with over 26 years’ experience.

Anastasia brings a unique blend of clinical and educational expertise to our team. She has worked in a variety of public and private counselling settings as well as conducting bespoke workplace training with small, medium and large organisations. Anastasia is also an AHPRA Board Approved supervisor.

Anastasia enjoys helping people reach their full potential and is a warm, empathic, dynamic and engaging trainer.

Tammy has worked with a diversity of people, teams and organisations, to increase their resilience, performance & wellbeing for over 25 years.

Her background includes education, coaching, psychology, psychometry, management and curriculum building. Tammy is also a HBDI Certified Practitioner.

Tammy is passionate about amplifying peoples strengths and living their best lives. She uses an engaging, evidence-based approach. Tammy is described as compassionate, genuine, relatable and eager to invest in her clients and students.
